A través de la web: galeriadeartelaleyendaaurea.com se puede visitar la página de la Galería donde se exponen obras en diversas técnicas: pintura (óleo, acuarela, temple…), escultura, grabado (aguafuerte, buril, litografía, serigrafía…), fotografía, cerámica, instalaciones, porcelana, etc.
El nombre de la Galería se inspira en el libro del mismo título de Santiago de la Vorágine, fraile dominico del siglo XIII que narra la vida de Cristo y los santos. Este libro se convirtió en una de las más importantes e influyentes fuentes iconográficas cristianas para la Historia del Arte.
El objetivo de este proyecto es difundir la obra de los artistas que figuran en la página web y que el visitante pueda comprar aquellas obras que desee de forma cómoda, fácil y observarlas con detalle.
Quiero destacar la participación de los artistas, A. Álvarez, Ch. Cortés, J.M. Gª Gandía, G. Ibáñez, J. Lara, J. Marticorena, S. Martín Salvador, M. Montcada, C. Olmedo, F. Ortega, L. de Pont, C. You can visit the gallery’s website at galeriadeartelaleyendaaurea.com, where work in various media is exhibited: painting (oil, watercolor, egg tempera…) sculpture, prints (etching, engraving, lithography, serigraphy…), photography, ceramics, installation, porcelain, etc.
The name of the gallery is inspired by the book by Santiago de la Vorágine, a thirteenth Century Dominican friar, narrating the life of Christ and the Saints. This book became one of the most important and influential iconographic and Christian sources in art history.
The aim of this project is to disseminate the artists´ works, in order for them to become known and appreciated by those who visit the website. The work is available for purchase via the Internet.
